New as C39C in June 1951 to Sandown, Burnley, it was acquired by Glenn in October 1960 from Creasey, Syston to whom it had passed in June 1960.
Its previous operator was Culling, Claxton who acquired it in December 1954 from Partidge, Coventry who had in turn acquired it from Sandown earlier in 1954 via Kirkby (dealer), Harthill. Glenn sold it to Chapple, Raglan in March 1963 where it was noted in February 1967 awaiting recertification.
