John Boylett Memorial Collection Part 2 - 1959

JP8149 of Ironside, Toop & Davis (t/a Bere Regis & District), Dorchester was an A.E.C. 9621E Regal III with a Beccols FC31F body new in March 1950 as Smith, Wigan 65. It passed to Ironside et al, in November 1955 along with similar coaches JP8147 and JP8148.
On the left is MAU53, an A.E.C.9621E Regal III new as Skill, Nottingham 53 in March 1950 with a Duple C35F body. It passed to Hewitt (Premier), Watford in March 1952 and in this shot is seen with its next operator, Darch & Willcox (Comfy-Lux), Martock, who acquired it in October 1953 and who had it rebodied with the Duple FC35F body in 1956.
