Baddeley Brothers, Holmfirth acquired DTD169, a 1938 Leyland TD5 with Massey L24/24R body, from Leigh Corporation 70 in 1953 and it was caught at the Upperhead Row bus station in Huddersfield.
The TD was the only double-decker operated by Baddeley Bros except for some very early vehicles indeed - it's main duty was works and colliery specials.
