This Leyland LT5 Lion was new in March 1932 to Richings & Battershall of Staunton with a Harrington C32F body. DG4038 was sold to Marsden, Mossley and rebodied with a Harrington C33F body in April 1947.
It was also fitted with a Cov-rad conversion radiator. Seen here in Leeds Bus Station having operated a service from Morecambe for Rogers Tours, one of whose Plaxton bodied Commer Avengers can just be seen.
