Yorkshire Woollen District 503, HD8552, was a Leyland PS2/5 built in 1950 originally with a Willowbrook B32F body with fleet number 698 and lengthened in 1955 to B38F. Like other BET companies, these were rebodied with an "Orion" style body by Roe in 1962 to H63F. The high single-deck chassis made them somewhat unstable, and were prone to leaning.
