Yorkshire Woollen switched to rear engined chassis in 1965 with a batch of Alexander bodied Daimler Fleetlines. In 1967, they bought both Fleetlines and Leyland Atlanteans. Seen in the then new Dewsbury bus station in 1980 is one of the Fleetlines with an Alexander body, 601 DHD200E.
When new this bus was numbered 1 in the Yorkshire Woollen fleet being re-numbered into a common West Riding - Yorkshire Woollen fleet in the nineteen seventies.
