West Riding 467, FCP303E, was a recently acquired ex-Halifax Dennis Loline III with a Northern Counties body dating from 1967.
When new, the then GM of Halifax, Geoffrey Hilditch, described the Loline as "the best engineered bus in Britain". They were bought for long distance contract work and the Calder Valley routes, but were sold to West Riding in 1970 following merger with Todmorden (whose low depot doors prevented even the access of Lolines).
