RDV433H is a Bristol RELH 4/290 with ECW C45F body new to Western National in 1970 as their 1483 in Royal Blue livery. It was withdrawn in 1981 and has spent most of the time since then in the West Midlands. Now the vehicle has been bought by Roger Burdett and is seen here being secured on the low loader for its trip to his base in Coventry.
In 2015 a decision will be made as to whether to source the missing parts and restore it or to break it up for parts for other preserved vehicles.
The pictures of it in white National Livery on Flckr are taken between 1973 and 1980 when it was still in service.
