Teesside Municipal Transport 89, 281DUP, a Leyland Titan PD2/40 built in 1959 with Weymann H35/28R bodywork.
After the creation of TMT, former Stockton vehicles became a more common sight in Middlesbrough (though fewer Middlesbrough ones seem to find their way over to Stockton). To the left of the rear of the bus, in the background, can be seen the boundary brickwall of the railway with a street name on it. This was Wood Street, largely cleared of its housing, and used by the Corporation and then TMT to park up vehicles.
