Teesside Municipal Transport 33, RUP307, a Leyland Titan PD2/12 built in 1955 with Northern Counties H33/28R bodywork.
New to Stockton Corporation but seen here at Middlesbrough Exchange operating route 11 to Billingham Low Grange via Newport Bridge. Newport Bridge was the one where the road section over the Tees lifted vertically to allow shipping to pass. With the building of the barrage and general reduction of shipping anyway, this road section is now permanently fixed in the down position. Beneath the fleet number 33 on the front can be seen a white "N", indicating North depot (Stockton), this was a short lived scheme introduced when TMT was created.
