In this view at Stockton depot on the left is Teesside Municipal Transport H224, SVN24, new as Tees-side Railless Traction Board 24 and which was a 1958 Leyland Titan PD2/27 with Roe H33/28R body with Cave-Brown-Cave heating as enthusiastically adopted by TRTB.
The close-up view of H224 shows the later pattern of BMMO front but more specifically, as the bus has a Cave-Brown-Cave heating system, it has no conventional radiator and therefore the engine can be seen through the grille.
To the right is H176, 202BPT, a PD2/40 with Weymann H35/28R body new as Stockton 76 in 1959.
