Carrying Metro Calderdale livery, WYPTE 3331, BWU691H, was a Leyland Leopard PSU4A/2R with a Seddon B43F body which had previously been Calderdale 331 and originally Todmorden J.O.C. 19.
It had moved from Todmorden to Halifax in Calderdale days.
3331 is approaching the turnback at Shibden, not normally a terminus at this time. The reason for the turnback is the junction partly hidden by the bus which would not allow a bus coming from Northowram (on the road disappearing up the hill) to turn straight down the valley on the road that goes behind the house. The scale of the jubb wall on the left and the sheer extent of dry stone walling in the locality is apparent in this view.
