Southend 301, NLJ828G, a Bristol RELL6G with ECW DP50F body, new to Hants & Dorset in May 1969 as their number 839, later 1613, passing via a dealer to Southend in January 1984 (initially on hire but then purchased) where it stayed for two years before being sold to Yelloway.
It was joined a few months later by another RE from the same original batch, NLJ829G.
