John Boylett Memorial Collection Part 1
Southend Corporation 271, HGC263, another ex-London Transport Daimler CWA6, bought by Southend in 1954 and rebodied by Massey on the Eastern Circular with behind one of Eastern National's first batch of Lodekkas on the Western Circular.
In this wide shot of the southern end of Victoria Avenue, taken with the station behind the photographer, the High Street leading down to the sea is straight ahead with Southchurch Avenue to the left and London Road to the right. The building on the right is the Municipal College.
