Southampton City Transport 132, TTR166H, is a Leyland Atlantean PDR1A/1 with East Lancs H45/31F body.
Some of the batch entered service in late 1969, but she is recorded as having 1 January 1970 as her entry date. Note that the Crest and Fleetname are in a revised position. She is on the 17A to Royal Pier in this view, in March 1978; there were two versions of the 17 at this time, the 17A and the 17B. A went via Aldermoor, and B went via Lower Brownhill Road.
The location is a little complicated. She has just climbed the hill of West Park Road and is entering Commercial Road, on a new contruction which blocked the orignial line of Commercial Road - seen extreme right of the view - in an effort to keep cars out of the City Centre. Motorists in Southampton, like those in most other places, objected to having access restricted and the decline in City Centre shopping was matched by the growth in out of town retail parks. "Old Maps" won't show this section, previously part of the Civic Centre lawns. The buildings including Weight Watchers has been rebuilt in the last few years, now student accommodation.
