Silcox Motor Coach Co Ltd were known for a sizeable fleet of second hand Bristols purchased between 1969 and 1973 including a small number of double deckers. On the left is 103, XFM180, a 1955 LD6G Lodekka with ECW H33/27RD bodywork purchased in June 1970 from Crosville where it was DLB769.
Alongside is 86, HAP985, new in July 1953 to Brighton and Hove as number 6447. The KSW6G with ECW H32/28R bodywork passed to Silcox in May 1969, and after leaving Silcox ended up back with Brighton and Hove for a while and is now part of the vintage fleet of Seaford and District.
