The 1957 deliveries, like the previous year, were six Titans but they returned to the conventional exposed radiator with lowbridge Massey bodies, which model had by then been redesignated the PD2/40 by Leyland.

305-10 were displaced in 1971/2 by the Fleetlines which introduced widespread one man operation; after withdrawal from PSV duties 309 was used briefly as a driver trainer in April 1972, and 305/6 were similarly employed in the autumn of 1972. After that 306 lingered on at the works until 1976 when it was cut up on site - by then it had been so heavily cannibalised that it could not be towed away by the breakers.
