EN7704, a Leyland TS8c, had been new in 1938 as Bury Corporation 74 with a Burlingham B36F body. In November 1951 the torque converter was removed and replaced by a normal clutch and gearbox and it was rebodied with a Massey H30/26R body by which time it had been renumbered to 75 (EN7703 which had been new as 75, became 74) and it passed to Paton, Renfrew number 55 in December 1958 being seen at the garage.
Next to it is number 46, ASD254, a Guy Arab with a Massey body, which John also photographed.
