More statistics - during January there were 19448 pages downloaded from the SCT'61 site, of which 11123 also downloaded full size pictures. I also had 10552 visits from search engines. The most popular picture with 291 downloads was West Riding Wulfrunian 802RTC but this was a freak result because the picture was featured in a Hong Kong web page and my Chinese isn't good enough to work out why!
December 2002 More statistics - during December there were 15180 pages downloaded from the SCT'61 site, of which 8967 also downloaded full size pictures. I also had 8283 visits from search engines. The most popular picture with 57 downloads was West Yorkshire Lodekka 2018YG.

October 2002 A bit of a reorganisation of the site at the top level because its really three sites now, firstly a history of Southend Corporation Transport, secondly an extensive gallery of Eastern National photos and thirdly an across UK Sixties Bus and Trolleybus Photo Archive.
I've also tidied up the layout of the photo, gallery and index pages, redesigned this page and added a form you can use to submit photos to the SCT'61 site.
Added a lot of photos this month including three shots of ex-ENOC FLF 987KOO, some more of Peter Green's photos including Birch Bros coach K18 and East Kent Reliance TFN419 and a set of 6 West Riding photos I took including Reliance 928 and Wulfrunian 890.
As an experiment I've included larger versions of some of the photos such as ex-Trent Regent RC4644, Rotherham Daimler 95, Southend Leopard 208 and ex-Portsmouth PD3 STP996. These picture files are approx. 100kb so they will take longer to download unless you have a high-speed internet connection. If you are using Internet Explorer, press the F11 key and the picture will be shown full screen.
More statistics - during October there were 12215 pages downloaded from the SCT'61 site, of which 6390 also downloaded full size pictures. I also had 6586 visits from search engines. The most popular picture with 41 downloads was Brighton Regent KCD90 - hope everyone appreciated how wet I got taking the photo.

Since I moved the site to www.sct61.org.uk, I get more statistics on visitors to the site. During September there were 7882 pages downloaded from the SCT'61 site, of which 4236 also downloaded full size pictures. I also had 4214 visits from search engines (they spend their time traversing the net building up the information for sites like www.google.com or www.picsearch.com). The most popular picture with 25 downloads was RM 26.
August 2002 The SCT61 site is on the move to a new address www.sct61.org.uk (but the old address will still work for a few months). Although it shouldn't look very different, underneath it's changed completely - all the photo and index pages are driven from a database which will make maintenance and adding new photos a lot easier. I've also renumbered some of the photos so if you find any links that don't work, please let me know.
