Manchester 2779, EVR359, Crossley Mancunian with Crossley H28/26R body in Piccadilly Bus Station alongside 3301.
2779 had been delivered as 779 and was one of a batch of 60 delivered in 1938/39, numbers 723-750 having Metro Cammell bodies finished by the Corporation's Car Works whilst the remainder had Metro Cammell bodies finished by Crossley.
In the post war renumbering most of the Crossleys had 2000 added to their numbers.
Withdrawn in June 1956, it saw further service as a contractors bus.
