The Crich Tramway Museum was increasing the number of visitors by 1968, causing jams on the surrounding country roads. A policeman directs visitors to the entrance holding up Midland General 266, 264HNU, at Crich Town End on the service between Alfreton and Matlock. This Bristol MW6G carried both Mansfield District and Midland General fleet names. Crich Parish Church is in the background.
