National Tramway Museum Crich

Following the lead given by the London tramway companies and Leeds corporation in the use of modern streamline cars, Liverpoool built the "Green Goddess" cars for use on the many miles of reserved track in the city. 869 dates from 1936 and wears post war livery. 869 was sold to Glasgow in the nineteen fifties and survives today at the Crich Museum.
