Former Lancashire United 167, HTJ522B, a Guy Arab V (6LW) with Northern Counties H41/32F body, new in 1964.
I've no knowledge of who owned 167 at this time or what its intended purpose was, but it was parked up here at the side of the road and in this state for a considerable time, before thankfully being saved by a preservationist and restored to its former glory (to use cringeingly overworked phrase !). I believe it later changed hands and found itself in the Blackman Family collection for a while, though I believe it has since moved on again. Wonderful buses.
