A pair of London Transport's iconic AEC RTs wait to depart from Euston at the start of the nineteen seventies. RT469, HLX286, was new in 1948 with a Weymann body with a roof box. This was swapped for a Park Royal body in 1966.
It is seen working route 188 It was withdrawn in 1971. Alongside RT469 is a 1953 example RT2298, NLE769, with a Park Royal body waiting to leave for Tooting
