London Transport RF602, NLE 602, an AEC Regal IV 9821LT with Weymann body.
Another LT bus parked up one Sunday morning in Eastbourne, presumably on a staff outing - see also here.
For a short period in the mid 1970's the preservation group that I was involved with bought RF362 (MXX4) as a group owned vehicle - I was one of about nine co-owners. It was an absolute joy to drive and needless to say its bodywork and cab layout were thoroughly well thought out and practical, as one would expect from LT in its heyday. The high entrance steps would be unacceptable nowadays, otherwise I would be more than happy to be allocated an RF today - perfect for around where I work. How's about it Mr. Fearnley ?
