The Wensleydale Vintage Tour Bus service uses a fleet of three Bristols (two L5G's and one MW), including former Lincolnshire Road Car Company 749 (later 2020), FFW830, an L5G from 1950.
They are used to operate a seasonal service (route 127) from Ripon to Redmire, Hawes and Garsdale on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, from April until October. A feature of their service is the connection with the Wensleydale Railway and the Settle/Carlisle railway which helps to generate additional traffic. Here we see the bus at Redmire terminus waiting to connect with the train from Leeming Bar for onward travel to Hawes and Garsdale (a continuation of the original Wensleydale railway route).
