Leeds 538 approaches the Halton terminus of route 20, at the Irwin Arms, whilst on its way to Templenewsam on route 22.  It was one of the ninety Felthams acquired from London in 1951, and had entered service in Leeds on 28th May 1951.
It had last been repainted in July 1954 in the B.E.T. red livery.
