Seen at Platform B in Leeds Bus Station is 515, JUB598, a Daimler CWD6 with a Brush H30/26R body which had been new in November 1945 as number 98.
It was renumbered to 503 within a few days of delivery and again to 515 early in 1946. Daimlers 96-98 which became 501-503 and then 513-515 were Utility Daimlers with Daimler engines and the renumbering was, presumably, so they were not in the middle of the fleet numbers of the CWA6 models. They were followed by 516-521 in July/August 1946 with peacetime style bodywork.
