Leeds 450, LUA450, was unique in the Leeds fleet being an AEC Regent III with Roe built H31/25R body on a Park Royal frame and using mainly Park Royal parts.
It was one of a batch of 20 vehicles ordered not long after Park Royal had acquired the shares of Charles H. Roe Ltd and the other nineteen had standard Roe bodies and entered service between July 1948 and January 1949 (431-449, LUA431-449). Seen here in the illogically named Central Bus Station, 450 entered service in July 1949 and was withdrawn in June 1965.
