Leeds 399 which entered service in 1926 was withdrawn from passenger service on 8th June 1951. It was used as a shunter at Kirkstall Road works and later Swinegate depot, as seen here, from September 1951 until August 1959 when it was moved to Crich having been donated to The Leeds Transport Historical Society.
It has now been fully restored to its prewar livery of chocolate & primrose, see here for a recent photo.
