Leeds last big batch of trams were the Horsfield cars of 1930/31. These were arguably the most succesful cars used in Leeds and many lasted to the very end one such as 180 seen here in service at Crich.
180 took part in the last tram procession in November 1959.
The interior shot of the upper deck of Leeds 180 shows the advances made in passenger comfort in the years since Leeds fully enclosed cars entered service in the twenties. The seats are very well padded and very comfortable.
