This photo shows two of the last batch of five Roe bodied Daimler CVG6-30s bought by Leeds in late 1964 doing a sort of double take, as the identical buses even carry the same adverts! The bus nearer the camera is 115, 115LNW, not sure which the other one is.
Also noticeable on this photograph are the emergency exits in the lower saloon which
were a legal requirement on thirty-foot double-deckers. This batch of Daimlers had deeper lower saloon windows than the other batches. This was a feature shared with Regent Vs 949-983 and in David's opinion was the ultimate in traditional open-platform body design.
