It was an AEC Regal with a Cravens DP32R body and was numbered 76 when new in 1937. Renumbered 276 in 1944 and again to 776 in 1948 it is seen here outside Parliament Street garage as 812. It was finally sold for scrap in June 1968.

77. MTO133F ... Imagine turning into work on a morning like this. Its enough to make you want to turn round and return straight back home! But bus drivers are a resilient bunch and wheels must keep turning. One bus has managed to leave the depot, climb the incline out of Low Fold Garage at Horsforth and reach the main A65 (New Road Side) to make its way to the pick-up point for one of the many workers contracts or school services that Independent/Edwards Coachways did.
