Seen in Glasgow Paddocks in Doncaster is Leon, Finningley 42, EDK921, a Daimler CWA6 with a Massey H30/26R body which had been new in 1945 as Rochdale 21.

Leon, Finningley ran HGF803 an ex-London Daimler CWA6 with Duple H30/26R body seen approaching its Doncaster terminal point. New to London in 1945 it carried fleet number D176 and was acquired by Leon and numbered 30 in April 1953.

Leon, Finningley 34, FRW987, seen in Glasgow Paddocks, Doncaster, was a Daimler prototype leading to the post-war CVD6 range and was designated TV45.2 with chassis number 12580 and had a Willowbrook B35F body (6001) new in 1946.

Leon, Finningley 47, HLW142, seen at Glasgow Paddocks Bus Station in Doncaster when newly acquired, was new to London Transport in 1947 as RT155. Acquired in March 1958 the AEC Regent III chassis carried a Weymann H30/26R body and ran until August 1966.

Leon, Finningley 60, FBC546, was the last of three Daimler CVD6s with Roberts H32/28R bodies acquired from Leicester in October 1961. This one, seen in Glasgow Paddocks, Doncaster, was withdrawn in July 1966.

Leon MUH680 was an A.E.C. LD2RA Regent V new in 1956 as Western Welsh 680 with a Park Royal CO41/32RD body. It had been acquired in 1971 and is seen in Doncaster.

Leon, Finningley 76, 969CWL, which had been acquired from City of Oxford was an A.E.C. LD3RA Regent V with a Weymann H37/28R body and was seen in Waterdale, Doncaster on its approach to the Glasgow Paddocks Bus Station.

Leon Motors (Finningley) 57, 432KAL, a Daimler CVD650 with Roe H41/32F bodywork, emerges from the gloom of Doncaster's Southern Bus Station with a decent load. The bus had been new to Leon in July 1961 having previously been a chassis only with Daimler since 1956.

Leon, Doncaster 57, 432KAL, was a Daimler CD650-30 with a Roe H41/32F body new in 1961. This had the prototype 30' chassis which had been exhibited in chassis form at the 1958 Commercial Motor Show and it is seen in Waterdale in Doncaster on its way to Glasgow Paddocks Bus Station.

Leon, Finningley 65, ARR720B, was the second Bedford VAL14 in the fleet, the first being registered, appropriately, 448VAL. The first one, 64, had a Duple Vega Major coach body but 65 was bodied by Willowbrook with a B53F body and is seen in Glasgow Paddocks, Doncaster.

Leon Motors 80, SWU654F, a Bedford VAL70 with Willowbrook B56F bodywork, one of two purchased from Wigmore of Dinnington to whom it was new in November 1967.

Leon of Finningley operated this 1967 Bedford VAL70 with Willowbrook body B56F. They acquired it from Wigmore of Dinnington who were keen users of the Bedford VAL. SWU654F peeps out from the gloom of Doncaster's old southern bus station prior to heading for the village of Misson.
