Seen at the Clacton Transport Fair and Running Day on Sunday 2nd June is Lowestoft PD2/Massey 12, PBJ2F. Lowestoft was one of the smaller municipal fleets, changing its name to Waveney with local government reorganisation and eventually being taken over by Eastern Counties.

Waveney 12, PBJ2F, a Leyland PD2/47 with Massey H34/28R body, new in August 1967, which was passed down from Lowestoft Corporation Transport in April 1974 to Waveney District Council where it gave good service until Waveney ceased to operate buses altogether on the 3rd Dec 1977.
