West Yorkshire CUG24, 7935WU, a Bristol MW6G with ECW C39F body, new in June 1960.
CUG24 (renumbered 1064 later in 1971) was withdrawn in March 1974, then sold in August 1975 and scrapped the following month.
Seen here on York city tour duties, where it served for several years after the withdrawal of CP1, the long-standing Bedford OB incumbent. Its two blinds show “West Yorkshire” and “Excursion”, with the board in the nearside windscreen saying “Tour of York”.
