Bristol FL/FLF Chassis Index

Western National 2101, EDV513D, a Bristol FLF6G with ECW H38/32F body, new in April 1966 and withdrawn in 1979.
Seen at its retirement home in Half Moon Bay, California, where it is parked nearby to WN 2082, BDV261C.
It is positioned with its rear facing onto California State Highway 1, the Pacific Coast highway. The mysteriously added VVT590L number plate catches the eye from the highway, though the original EDV513D plate can just be made out below. It also carries California 2ETT567 plates on front and back. The offside includes signage proclaiming “Cameron’s World Famous Double-Decker Smoking Bus”. The nearside has a covered area attached, with a wooden step into this den of smoking. The web site for its owner refers to it as “from Bristol, England” in one place and “straight from London” in another place.
