K24, LXM24, of Birch Bros. London N.W.5, seen in De Parys Avenue, Bedford, loading for a relief journey on the 203 London service, was a Leyland PSU1/15 Royal Tiger with a Windover Kingsway C39C body, one of five new in 1951 (LXM 22-25, MLF 726).
Two others, delivered the same year were on Leyland PSU1/13 Royal Tiger chassis (LXM 20-21).
