Preserved former Leeds 916, 3916UB, seen at the Showbus Rally at Hillingdon, was an A.E.C. 2D2RA Regent V with a Metro Cammell H38/32R body.
When new in June 1960 it had seated H39/32R but a double seat upstairs was replaced by a single one after a National Joint Council agreement on standing passengers. This was done between August and October 1960 on Leyland PD3s 221-291 (new in March 1959), Daimler CVG6LXs 502-531 (new in November 1959), and A.E.C. Regent Vs 910-923 (new in May/June 1960).
