Halifax J.O.C. 269 or 270 (AJX269B or AJX270B) - not sure which of the pair it is - a Leyland Leopard L2 with Willowbrook DP43F body, new in 1964.
Originally in dual-purpose livery (with orange band and cream lower panels) it had recently been repainted into service bus livery. A very grainy shot taken on an unfamiliar borrowed half frame camera with fast Orwo film and not developed until several years later (that's my excuse !).
Seen returning to Halifax during the brief period that the 33 Shibden route had been extended from Shibden terminus (just at the bottom of the road off to the right) up the road seen in the distance to Queensbury.
