Halifax JOC 303, GJX330 a 1956 Daimler CVG6 with Roe H37/28R body.
According to BBF 2, 1965 edition this bus was 118 in the Corporation fleet, so must have been transferred to the JOC fleet sometime later and renumbered 303. Unfortunately I never kept any records of the photos I took at the time so can only guess that it was around 1971 when I got my first car, a trusty, and rusty, Ford Pop 100E as I remember having a trip to Halifax in it soon after passing my test and taking a few shots of buses.
These slides have lain in my loft for 'donkey's years' and I must mention my debt of gratitude to John Stringer who has scanned them and painstakingly restored them for me.
