An unidentified Halifax Corporation PD2/37 passes through Lee Bridge on its way back into town on 25th February, 1968. In the right background can be seen the viaduct and bricked up tunnel mouth of part of the former G.N.R / L & Y Halifax to Queensbury railway, closed to passenger traffic in 1955, and lifted in the early 1960's.
A later version of David Mitchell's 1963 photo.
The PD2 is very close to where a few years earlier, David took a picture of AEC Renown demonstrator 7552MX.
