Haslingden 14, 192OTB, is that quintissential Lancashire bus, an East Lancs bodied Leyland Titan PD2, in this instance a 1960 PD2/41.
Haslingden only owned 50 buses during its entire existence and 48 were Leylands. In 1968 Haslingden and Rawtenstall merged to form Rossendale who are one of the few ex-municipal operators to survive in Lancashire. Even before merging, the two undertakings had a joint general manager.
