Halifax J.O.C. 315, MJX15J, a Seddon Pennine RU with Plaxton Derwent II DP45F body, new in 1970.
An admittedly slightly out of focus view of brand new Seddon 315. I had just travelled over from Halifax to Huddersfield on it on my way to college, having alighted at the terminus which was then in St. George's Square (the shelters in the background in front of the railway station). It was actually on the short lived limited stop service X42 - the blinds not being equipped to show an 'X', and despite showing West Vale on the via blind, which the route actually bypassed. Here it has circled the Square (?), and is hurriedly beating the traffic lights whilst taking the right turn from Railway Street into Westgate for a rapid return to Halifax.
