Green Bus Company, Rugeley 40, LJX18, an AEC Regent V 2D3RA with Metro Cammell H40/32F body, new to Halifax Corporation in 1960, and passing to GBC in 1970.
On the takeover of GBC by Midland Red in late 1973, LJX18 became their 2177 but was not operated. It passed via the dealer, Ensign of Grays to Theobald's Coaches of Long Melford in 1974, lasting with them a further three years before being scrapped by a Barnsley breaker in 1978.
