An illustrated guide to the postwar Leyland Titan

Photo © Chris Hough. Please do not re-post without permission.

The fifteen Leyland Titans delivered to Bradford with Alexander bodies were originally to have carried MCW bodies. Indeed the chassis got as far as the MCW factory at Elmdon but protracted delivery times saw the order and the chassis move to Alexander. Seen in PTE days is 315, LAK315G, wearing its new livery and fleet number of 2315
It is passing St Georges Hall bound for Holmewood in the south of the city
