"Beeston airbrake" 402 is seen at the Beeston terminus in Leeds about to return to Corn Exchange. This was the last of twenty-five cars built by the transport department between 1923 and 1926 on Peckham P22 trucks, entering service on 17th June. The totally enclosed bodies seated 46/24 with longitudinal seats in the lower saloon.
Last repainted on 25th September 1949, it was withdrawn from service on 11th March 1952 and scrapped at Lowfields Road yard in June 1952.
