Doncaster Corporation 7, an AEC Matador O853 former military vehicle, rebuilt by DCT into a Towing Wagon.
Newly repainted in their latest style - at least they saw fit to keep the purple stripe straight. It looks very tidy and straight, but what a thing to impose on a Matador.
