LTA898 is a Bristol LL6B with Duple C37F body, new to Royal Blue / Southern National in 1951 as fleet number 1269. It was made famous when it appeared in the jigsaw puzzle in front of The Greyhound Inn at Corfe Castle.
This is part of Roger Burdett's collection. Restoration has started but much of the wooden framework was found to have woodworm, the framework needed treating and much of the wood has had to be replaced. It is hoped that the vehicle will be back on the roads in 2014.
