On a private visit to Roger Burdett's site I found all three vehicles in his repair bays unusually facing out and so I give you from Left to Right - JOV613P a 1975 Daimler CRGCLX with Park Royal body. It was hit in 2014 by a van which took out the complete offside lower paneling. It's due to leave the site early next year. RTC822 in for internal restoration and repaint, the seats etc have all been removed. EKV966 is Coventry 366. Upstairs the restoration is virtually complete, the downstairs has the lights and window frames in place, it has new tyres and total restoration around the engine area. The engine itself is out and the cracks in it are delaying the restoration. It is a Daimler CWA6 with Duple Utility body
Not one of these vehicles is actually owned by Roger although Coventry 366 is on extended loan to him from Coventry Transport Museum. Roger is financing the full restoration of the vehicle which has new paneling and a new back.
